Techgrity — tokenized merchant revenue, paid daily on-chain

Techgrity is a real-world-asset (RWA) tokenization platform for e-commerce revenue. Merchants' settled marketplace sales are verified through the marketplace's own settlement data; a royalty share is converted to stablecoins and distributed on-chain to the holders of the merchant group's Liquid Royalty token.

Dividends are pushed to holder wallets daily at 12:00 UTC — there is nothing to claim and no account to open. Every payout is a public transaction, and merchant revenue, royalties and distributions are published live on the Transparency page.

Alongside the tokens, three yield vaults (Senior, Junior and the Protocol Reserve) take USDe deposits and are backed by royalty-token liquidity, with a target 11% APY floor for the Senior vault.

Frequently asked questions

What is Techgrity?

Techgrity is a real-world-asset (RWA) platform that tokenizes the revenue of real Amazon merchants. A share of each merchant's sales is converted to stablecoins and paid on-chain to the holders of that merchant's Liquid Royalty token, every day.

What is a Liquid Royalty token?

A token that entitles its holder to a pro-rata share of a merchant group's revenue royalty. The royalty is captured from settled marketplace sales, converted to stablecoins and pushed to holder wallets daily — no claiming, no account. The tokens trade freely on-chain.

How are dividends paid?

Daily at 12:00 UTC, directly to every holder's wallet as an on-chain stablecoin transfer (USDe for SAIL.r). Every payout is public and verifiable on the block explorer; the full history is on the Distributions page.

Which tokens are available?

SAIL.r (live since 28 November 2025, backed by eight Amazon storefronts) and COMPUTE.r (backed by two Amazon storefronts, trading opens 26 October 2026, 13:00 UTC (21:00 Hong Kong time)). Both are ERC-20 tokens on Berachain.

Is it non-custodial?

Yes. Tokens and vault positions sit in your own wallet; deposits, withdrawals and staking are on-chain transactions you sign yourself.

What are the risks?

Merchant sales can fall, token prices move with the market, vault withdrawals have a 7-day cooldown, and smart contracts and stablecoins carry their own risk. The vault contracts were audited by AstraSec. Nothing here is investment advice.
